A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

1. On July 28, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) driving the said car at around 13:10 on July 28, 2012, and driving the national highway No. 46 in Yando-Eup, Yando-si, Seoyang-do-si, Seoul, at a speed of approximately 40-50 km in speed depending on the two-lanes of speed in Seoul.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1) and operated the said Aburged Motor Vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license.

3. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership;

The Defendant did not apply for the registration of the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle by July 28, 2012 without justifiable grounds, despite having received the acquisition of a registered C-A-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed
