Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant served as a sales salesperson from November 15, 2015 at the D department store in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was operated by the victim B, on November 15, 2015, and the victim left the store on August 19, 2016, but changed the trade name of the said store to F’s clothes store, and decided to re-be into the said store on November 8, 2016.
