1. The Defendants jointly share the amount of KRW 4,500,000 to Plaintiff A as well as the amount thereof from November 11, 2015 to November 29, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
가. 원고 A은 2015. 1. 11., 2015. 11. 26. 및 2015. 12. 17. 총 3회에 걸쳐 부산 해운대구 E에 있는 ‘F의원’(이하 ‘이 사건 병원’이라 한다)에서 양쪽 광대 부위와 볼 부위 등에 캐뇰라관을 통한 윤곽주사 시술을 받은 사람이고, 원고 B은 원고 A의 배우자이다.
B. Defendant C is the operator of the instant hospital and the doctor who performed a leapment surgery to Plaintiff A on November 26, 2015 and December 17, 2015. Defendant D is an employment who, on January 11, 2015, performed a leapment surgery to Plaintiff A (hereinafter “instant leapment surgery”); on November 26, 2015, the leapment surgery was conducted on November 26, 2015; and on December 17, 2015, the 3rd procedure was conducted; and the hereinafter “each procedure of this case”).
C. On January 7, 2016, Plaintiff A visited the instant hospital and demanded to take measures against the developing country of the hole that had not been abandoned even after 20 days elapsed since the third procedure of the instant case. Accordingly, the medical personnel of the instant hospital conducted the first high frequency treatment and the third radic treatment for 3 weeks thereafter.

B around February 27, 2016, the medical personnel of the instant hospital claimed that the instant medical procedure had been caused by the Plaintiff’s left-hand luminous part below the left-hand side of the Plaintiff, and demanded compensation therefor.
