A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the property owned by the victim by intrusion on the structure managed by the victim at night.
