Criminal facts

1. On August 24, 2013, at night, the Defendant: (a) was studio in Fleep-si, 02:00 p.m., around 02:18, 201; (b) went into front of the bath room in which the victim E resides through the passage between the wall of the said studio building and the building; and (c) subsequently, the Defendant stolen one of the victim’s market price, 20,000, where the victim was able to take a bath without opening the window of the said bath room.

2. The Defendant suffered injury by robbery, as described in paragraph 1, stolen E’s Brazil, and then sent E’s panty panty, which was returned to a nearby house but did not bring about, and put back the clothes into the drum (29cm in total length) and dental machine common knife (13.5cm in total length and 4cm in length in knife).
