나. 1) 별지 목록 제1, 2, 3, 4, 10항 기재 각 부동산에 관하여 청주지방법원 진천등기소 1963. 1. 10. 접수 제284호로 ‘상계리(上桂里)’ 명의로 소유권보존등기가 경료되었다. 2) 별지 목록 제1, 2, 3, 4, 10항 기재 각 부동산에 관하여 ‘지방자치에 관한 임시조치법’ 및 이에 대한 처리지침(군 귀속 리동유 재산에 관한 민원처리지침)에 따라 청주지방법원 진천등기소 1963. 1. 10. 접수 제285호로 1961. 10. 1. 권리귀속을 원인으로 피고 앞으로 소유권이전등기가 경료되었다.
