The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Facts charged;

A. The Defendant is a person who leased a site to Ulsan Jung-gu, Ulsan-gu, and D and received a one-person “one-person” for the right to lease a site against the street shop where he/she operates his/her business in the same place on a five-day basis.

On the other hand, despite being aware of the fact that the E site adjacent to the above site cannot be used as a state-owned land, the Defendant, as a state-owned land, was willing to ethize the price against the above site street vendors.

(1) At around 15:00 on April 5, 2012, the Defendant demanded that the victim F (F), G (F, F, 78 years old), H (F, F, and I (F, E, 75 years old), and F (F, E, I, and 68 years old) run a business on a street store at the front of the said C site. As such, the Defendant saw that “I would like to engage in a funeral service at this place, I would go against this demand, and that I would not run a business at that place.”

As such, the Defendant received 50,00 won from the victim F, 40,000 won from the victim G, 40,000 won from the victim H, and 40,000 won from the victim I, respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendant received property by harming the victim F, G, H, and I.

around 15:00 on November 5, 2012, the Defendant put the victim F, G, and H hotly in the place described in the above (i) clause.

As can be seen, the Defendant received 70,000 won from the victim F, 40,000 won from the victim G, and 40,000 won from H under their respective names.

Accordingly, the Defendant received property by harming the victim F, G, and H.

B. On November 10, 2012, the Defendant, who attempted to commit an attack, found the victim I (n'e, 68 years of age) who had been engaged in business on a street in the middle-gu C site in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and said, “I do not perform any funeral at all times unless she is able to do so,” and said, “I will not perform any funeral at all times without referring to the number of persons aged 68.” The Defendant was frighted by her hand on the victim’s seat and laid the sprink.
