A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2018 / [2018 / [1171 / [201 / [201 / [171] Defendant, with the knowledge of the fact that, in the case of a number of six numbers of 1 of the instant instant lottery tickets, the winning money indicated in the number column may be received, he/she forged it, and tried to receive the winning money by presenting it to the selling place.
1. In addition, the Defendant, without authority from the above day to February 2, 2018 without authority, provided 44 copies of a total of six occasions as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, which were issued by the Korea Lottery Commission, for the purpose of exercising this.
2. On January 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) presented to the victim E’s convenience points in the operation of the Victim E in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) in order to receive the winning money of the instant instant lottery, the Defendant, who was aware of the forgery, 39 instances “Stok 100” (i.e., “Stok 100”, i.e., two rix 100, as if he were genuine.
In addition, from the above day to February 2, 2018, the Defendant presented to the victims a total of 44 copies of the forged “Stok”, namely, a total of 44 mtototos, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, and exercised each of them.
3. The Defendant, at the F convenience store around January 28, 2018, was a genuine lottery for the victim E, as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, with two false strawing lottery tickets, which were forged as described in the foregoing paragraph 1.
