A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. The Defendant damaged the property by taking head in the middle door of the restaurant at the time and place described in paragraph (1) on the same grounds as the date and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, destroyed the middle door so that the city can come up with repair costs, and broken down the glass disease of 15,000 won in the city.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim.

3. The Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for 20 minutes, such as the time, place, etc. described in paragraph (1) in which he saw large sounds in the above restaurant, leaving the table, and collecting goods on the ground that paragraph (1) is the same as that of the above restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim D's restaurant business by force.

4. From around 15:20 on October 3, 2016 to 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant was driving a F-prinking car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.210% from the 4km section up to the front road of the Defendant’s house located in Yangyang-gun E, Yangyangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, through a road in front of the “C cafeteria” located in Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun.
