A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was required to leave the victim C (23 tax) and the victim D (26 tax) who are the F staff of each F staff member to sit on the floor of the E building “F luminous point” in light of light lighting around 10:54; (b) was able to take the part of the victim’s right bridge to the victim’s face by shouldering the part of the victim’s right bridge to the victim and taking the victim’s face by hand; (c) the victim was able to take part of the part of the victim’s face to receive approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (d) was able to avoid the victim D’s loss that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victims of each injury.

2. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant, at the same place as above 10:54 on September 17, 2017, tried to leave the scene by reporting H and the victim G (31 years), each police officer called up after receiving a report to avoid disturbance as set forth in the above 112-mentioned paragraph (1), and attempted to escape from the scene, and the victim was subject to the above police officers’ control from the said police officers, and the victim saw the victim as “sprinke frith, spak, spack, and spacking the part of the victim’s saw, spacks, and spacks the victim with his hand, and spacks the victim’s spack with his hand, requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of reported cases, and at the same time injured the victim.
