Defendant
On November 20, 2013, A was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Suwon District Court on November 20, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 28, 2013.

1. Joint criminal conduct with Defendant A;
A. On October 12, 2013, around 02:30 on October 12, 2013, the Defendant, along with E, destroyed a locking device by putting the entrance in hand from “G” located in “F of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, thereby damaging the locking device, and then contained them in a plastic bag with 12 mobile phones, such as S4, which is the victim H, in the market price of 10,532,50 won.
B. On October 17, 2013, around 03:40 on October 17, 2013, the Defendant, at the “J” located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, destroyed and intruded the locking device by using the entrance, and then contained in the plastic bags with the cell phone 25 mobile phones, including the Gaphone 5, the market price of the victim K, which is equivalent to KRW 18,797,00, in advance.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the victims' property two times in total.
2. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. At around 05:00 on November 28, 2013, the Defendants, at the “M” located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu L, destroyed a lock-out device by putting the entrance in hand, damaged the lock-out device, and invaded the lock-out device, and then contained in a vinyl with 22 cellular phoness, such as a galthopt 3, which is equivalent to 20,449,000 won at the victim N, in advance.
B. On December 24, 2013, at around 04:22, the Defendants, at the “P” located in the Seoul Western-gu Seoul Central District, loaded the entrance in hand, damaged the locking device, and invaded the locking device, and then contained five cell phoness, such as LG 2, equivalent to KRW 4,721,200 in the market price of the victim Q Q Q.
C. At around 05:55 on December 28, 2013, the Defendants, at the “S” located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu R, destroyed and intruded a locking device by putting the entrance in hand, and then contained in a vinyl with 36 cell phoness, such as S2, etc., in a galloned juging jus equivalent to 22,978,360 won at the victim T-owned market price.
