Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover an automobile registration number plate intentionally or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 12:00 on September 2, 2013, the Defendant placed the front license plate on the front number plate of his truck (B/Npter 1 ton air conditioners) in order to avoid the control of parking CCTVs on the street in front of the agricultural products and on the street, and made it difficult to distinguish the registration license plate by placing the front number plate on the front number plate of his truck (B/Npter 1 ton air conditioners).
