A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a secretary of the member D of the Gyeonggi-si National Assembly, and the defendant did not have any intent or ability to have victims employed as an employee of the automobile-generating worker even if he receives money from the victims who were the members of the university who were the victims of the defendant's college in terms of the expenses for soliciting employment.
