Punishment of the crime

1. On August 25, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won for larceny from a member of the Pyeongtaek District Court of Suwon District on the ground of larceny, and on January 5, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) on the ground of a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment.

On April 15, 201, the Defendant, along with C, was at the victim E house located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 301 around April 15, 201, and confirmed that the first race was divided, and that the house was unfolded, and C, upon reporting the network, and the Defendant attempted to steals the victims’ property or attempted to commit a theft over 20 times from that time, as shown in the attached list of crimes, in a way that the Defendant was protruding up (i.e., a single-s., a single-s.g. lock) that was prepared in advance, and opened a door door and opened a door door and opened a door door, and the market price on his book cannot be known at all times, and (ii) obtained a theft with one KRW 50,00,00 from that time, and (iii) obtained a gift certificate from that time until July 30, 2014, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
