Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu District Court on July 26, 1994, and on April 22, 1998, by the same court on April 22, 1998, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and six years and six months for the same court on March 31, 2005, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on February 14, 2008, with prison labor for the one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on April 28, 2010, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same court on February 14, 2008 and has nine times in total.
The Defendant habitually intruded upon the residence in order to steals or steals the property equivalent to the total market value of KRW 1,175,000 on four occasions in total as follows.
1.
