1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.

The reasoning of this Court’s reasoning is as follows: (a) evidence additionally submitted at the trial and lack of recognition of the Defendant’s assertion on the acquisition by prescription and the waiver of the right to use the right to use the right to use the right to use the right is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of each of the statements in Articles 10 through 17.

Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is legitimate, and all appeals against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of the defendant are dismissed as it is without merit.
