1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 317,430,584 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 14, 2013 to the date of full payment.

In fact, from March 25, 2009 to January 29, 2013, the Plaintiff deposited KRW 3,014,653,953 in total over 1,345 times, such as the Plaintiff’s deposit amount column, to the Defendant from March 25, 2009 to January 29, 2013.

Of the above KRW 3,014,653,953, KRW 256,232,50 in the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant (Account Number: C), but KRW 1,960,530,250 in the said money was transferred to the Defendant in the manner of depositing in the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of D (Account Number: E), KRW 151,612,10 in the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of F (Account Number: G), KRW 14,957,50 in the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of H (Account Number: I), KRW 631,321,60 in the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of J (Account Number:K).

The sum of KRW 1,875,620,250, and KRW 1,875,620, and250, as stated in the above deposit No. 1 in the title column among the above details, were borrowed from the Plaintiff to make a loan to the persons listed in the pertinent title column for one month. The sum of KRW 28,320,00, and KRW 129,320,000, stated in the title column as “number of days” among the above details, was borrowed from the Defendant to make a so-called loan to the persons listed in the title column for the pertinent title of transaction. The sum of KRW 407, including the deposit in No. 407, the sum of KRW 825,856,60, and KRW 280,50,000, KRW 40,000, KRW 500, KRW 286,000, KRW 500, KRW 2606,000, KRW 960,00.

From March 30, 2009 to May 10, 2013, the Defendant paid KRW 2,688,45,866 to the Plaintiff over 3,084 times as indicated in the attached Table 2’s deposit payment statement. Of the above money, KRW 2,513,36,266 paid as the repayment of the above borrowed money = Principal KRW 2,109,648,916 = 403,717.
