A. Nonparty C was appointed as an internal director of the Defendant Company on April 22, 2015, and resigned on December 29, 2015, and Nonparty D was appointed as an internal director of the Defendant Company on December 29, 2015.

B. The non-party company (representative director C) and E issued three promissory notes in Chapter 1, 2, and 3 as indicated below with the payee as the plaintiff as the plaintiff. On March 22, 2016, the payee as the plaintiff, and the notary public respectively drafted a notarial deed of promissory notes in Chapter 3 with respect to the said three promissory notes in the law firm F.
