Basic Facts

A. The Plaintiff’s claim against B entered into a credit transaction agreement with C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”), as shown in the following table, seven times, and the network B, who served as the representative director of C, jointly and severally guaranteed C’s loan obligations under each of the above credit transaction agreements at the time.

From June 9, 2016, Article 15 to 20, which was submitted by the Plaintiff to the court of first instance on the balance of the credit amount guaranteed on the date of the loan agreement, was additionally reflected and the details of the Fund subrogation after June 9, 2016, and the balance of the C’s loan at the time of the instant sales promise is not calculated accurately. As such, the amount of the loan was calculated pursuant to the evidence No. 27 (the Table of Credit Transaction Status) that appears to accurately reflect the C’s loan balance as of June 9, 2016.

B The credit amount (50,000,000 won) pursuant to a loan agreement made on April 30, 2012, 2012 (50,000,000 won) pursuant to the loan agreement made on April 30, 2012 was changed to KRW 200,000,000 on December 18, 2014; the Defendant’s guarantee limit also appears to have increased to KRW 138,00,000 (Evidence No. 14); however, the Plaintiff’s guarantee limit is recognized to KRW 60,00,000 in accordance with the Plaintiff’s final argument at the appellate court.

B. B’s property disposal act 1) B of March 19, 2014 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant stores”) is as follows: Defendant, R, and S’s 1st floor E and F of the D Building in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant stores”).

The purchase price shall be in KRW 1,284,00,000, and shall be in its name on the 20th of the same month.
