Defendant

A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B's imprisonment for six months, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On November 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) committed sexual traffic with the trade name “G” on the third floor of the commercial building located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, in order to have female employees find the said business place and let them engage in sexual traffic.

From November 2015 to March 14, 2016, the Defendant received 80,000 won or KRW 110,000 according to the course from customers in the above business establishment in accordance with his/her name in return for guiding them to the relevant room, and had female employees do sexual intercourse with customers.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

B. Around November 2015, the Defendant: (a) prepared for the opening of “G” business; (b) told B, who became aware of the Internet job-seeking site, to the effect that “if the Defendant is the chief of the office, he will be paid KRW 4 million per month; (c) if there is a police control, he will be reported to the head of the office; and (d) if there is a traffic control, he shall be reported to the head of the office; and (d) led B to a false confession during the police control.”

Therefore, on February 17, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to B that B had a slope first conducted an inspection at H office of the Gwangju Mine Police Station H located in the Gwangju Mine-dong, and that B operated the said establishment. On March 4, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement that B operated the said establishment at the 323 inspection office of the Gwangju Mine Police Station located in the Gwangju Mine-dong, Gwangju Mine-dong, and at the 323 inspection office of the Gwangju Mine Office located in the Gwangju Mine-dong, Gwangju Mine-dong, and on March 14, 2016, and on March 21, 2016.

2. Defendant B

A. On November 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) shall be the head of the said business in order to assist the Defendant in arranging commercial sex with the knowledge that he/she is engaged in the business as above.
