Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2017, from around 00:45 to 03:58, the Defendant drinking alcohol with the Defendant’s friendship F at the “E” singing room located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, along with the Defendant’s friendship F. On December 13, 2017, the Defendant boarding a car of F at around 04:12 on December 13, 2017, and driven it to the H bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H bank.

Defendant 1 was waiting for a taxi at the above location, and came to the door of H bank cash withdrawal machine. Defendant 1, who was unaware of prior to the cash withdrawal period in the above bank, was at the time when she took care of the victim I ( South, 26 years old) and was able to take care of the victim due to an unforeseen reason.

In the meantime, the injured party was able to go out of the building and each item, and the Defendant told the Defendant to the effect that “out of the building” was “out of the building,” and the Defendant became out of the building of the said bank.

Since then on December 13, 2017, at around 04:27, the Defendant followed the victim on the road in front of the above bank building in the direction of the direction of the victim. At around 04:27, one mountain knife (10cc in length, No. 3 in knife) in possession of the Defendant’s co-owner’s knife (10cm in knife, No. 3)
