A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim F who returned home to a mixed crosswalk at the front distance of the E elementary school located in the north-gu, North-gu, North Korea at the port on May 6, 2017; (b) committed an indecent act by force; (c) discovered the victim F (the age 20); and (d) took out the Defendant’s sexual organ out of the place where the Defendant’s sexual organ was her hand and went back to the victim’s rear.

Accordingly, the victim forced the victim to commit an indecent act by not resisting the victim's neck with the defendant's own arms that the victim attempted to flee, and by putting the victim's chest on several occasions, he/she tried to get the victim's chest from the victim's chests continuously suffering several times, and thereby, he/she forced the victim to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim to take a part of the part of the victim's stacks that he/she sustained, and thereby, he/she suffered approximately seven days of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant removed one 18 km 100,000 won in the market price owned by the victim, which was suffering from the victim’s Dac and the victim, from the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and stolen the victim by putting the 18 km gals in his/her hand.
