A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 1987, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court, and was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul High Court on August 18, 1994, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on March 28, 2003, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the same court on December 10, 204.

On October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) booming a mobile phone with people’s bags or money in subway stations or distance, and (b) 19:06, the Defendant accessed the victim C’s behind the platform of subway No. 4 lines in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to take a train from the platform of the subway No. 1-1, and laid his hand over C to the right shoulder; (c) booming one national card for the combined use of transportation cards owned by C and one mobile phone No. 10,000 won at the market price from the above date to October 24, 2013; and (d) booming the cell phone No. 10,000 won at the market price from the above date and time to October 24, 2013.

At around 19:06 on October 11, 2013, the date, time, and method of crime of the victim's thefts, approaching the victim's back to the subway 4 lines in the subway entrance zone in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, by gathering his/her hand from the victim's bank, and inserting his/her hand on the victim's bank, such as the mobile phone, 1 copy of the theft C people's card, including the mobile phone, 80,000 won and 4S mobile phones, 10,000 won and 17:58 mobile phone cases, around October 18, 2013, 200 won and 10,000 won and 10,000 won of the mobile phone market price, such as the mobile phone, by putting his/her hand on the subway platform in the subway platform in the entrance zone in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
