Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 19, 2012, the Defendant of Suwon District Court sentenced eight months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) at the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court on September 19, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on March 17, 2013.
1. On April 25, 2013, the recipient of the means of access requested M to seek a passbook, cash card (debit card) and password necessary to operate the illegal sports soil site from M, and around April 25, 2013, the Defendant acquired the means of access by obtaining two copies of the passbook, cash card (N:N) and two copies of the passbook, cash card (OTP), and security card (OTP), two and two passwords, and two passwords from the Defendant’s vehicle located near the Central Noise and Vibration distance in Sungnam-si, Incheon-si, and two pages from M., means of access.
2. On October 15, 2013, the recipient of the means of access requested M to request M to seek a passbook and cash card (debit card) and password necessary to operate an illegal sports soil site on October 2013. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant acquired the means of access by obtaining two copies of passbooks, debit cards, two security cards (OTP), two, and two passwords, and two passwords from the bank account in the name of M, the means of access, in the vicinity of the MaP hospital at Sungnam-nam-si P Hospital, Sungnam-nam on November 2013.
3. On March 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested M to receive the means of access on or around March 2014; (b) M to receive a passbook, cash card (debit card) and password necessary to operate an illegal sports soil site; (c) on March 2014, M to the 1.8 million won from the area near the Pest Hospital in Sungnam-si P Hospital; and (d) on the same page, T bank account (Account Number: U) in the name of the means of access; and (c) National Bank.
