Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 10, 2014 by imprisonment with prison labor for gambling opening, etc. at the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 31, 2014.
