1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 23, 2014, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) around 01:10 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant: (b) took part in the costs of drinking prices with the victim and the victim’s drinking cans; (c) took part in the Defendant’s performance of duties; and (d) took part in drinking water cans to the victim; and (d) took part in the Defendant’s performance of duties, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s singing-making business by force by avoiding disturbances for about one hour; and (e) taking part in the Defendant’s performance of duties.

At around 02:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) went off from the world when he received a report on the same reason as the preceding paragraph at the place, and demanded the Defendant to return the disturbance to the F Zone G of the Kimhae Police Station, which was called “I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am back, I am back, I am off, I am back, I am off, I am am off, and interfere with the proper execution of duties of the police officer in relation to the police officer’s public security by assaulting

The Defendant damaged public goods on the same day, around 06:00, damaged public goods used by public offices, such as lids from the cell room for the Kimhae Police Station located at the time Kimhae-si on the same day, 196,900 won of the market price installed at the same time, and lids from the toilet for the same reason as the preceding paragraph.
