1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is the council of occupants' representatives, which created CO apartment (270 households of 7 Dong (A, B, D, E, F, and Commercial Building) and CO apartment (the apartment of this case was repealed on November 29, 2003) located in the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City in the old Housing Construction Promotion Act (the current Multi-Family Housing Management Act) and the old apartment management plan (the apartment of this case was abolished on November 29, 2003).

The plaintiffs are owners of each apartment building of this case.
