Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court on the charge of forging private documents, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 9, 2018.

On May 24, 2013, the Defendant called “B” to the customer center of KTT Co., Ltd. at a place not known to the Defendant around May 24, 2013, and called “B”, and requested “B” to open a television first line, the Internet first line, the general telephone first line, and the Internet first line and the general telephone number of the said B’s credit card number.

The Defendant was the victim B, and the victim was employed by the customer center staff of the victim, whose name is unknown as if he would settle the amount using the credit card in the above B’s name, and had the victim install TV, etc. at each of the above places as shown in the above order, and did not pay a total of 1,920,760 won from the business to January 12, 2016, and acquired property benefits equivalent to the above amount.
