A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-priced flusing car.
On October 31, 2015, the Defendant continued to proceed to the new elementary school from the tri-distance side of the three-lane 73-12, Magyeong-si, Magyeong-si, Magyeong-si, Magyeong-si, Magpo-si, Magyeong-do.

Ultimately, the Defendant, at the above occupational negligence, destroyed the above vehicles to the extent of KRW 383,656 repair cost due to the above DK5 car exchange, and KRW 3,064,776 repair cost due to the above FF car exchange, and KRW 415,721 of repair cost, such as the exchange of H Kan-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-k-kn-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k
