A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten (10) months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at the Changwon District Court on October 7, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 26, 2014, and was sentenced to a summary order of one million won for larceny. On June 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of one million won by the same court on May 26, 2014; on December 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of indictment for the crime of larceny and intrusion upon residence at the Changwon District Public Prosecutor’s Office; the juvenile protection case by special larceny at the same public prosecutor’s office on October 21, 2010; the juvenile protection case by night intrusion at the same public prosecutor’s office on March 31, 2010; and the juvenile protection case by the same public prosecutor’s office on November 26, 2019.

1. On September 9, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant opened a kitchen window that was not corrected and intruded into the house of the victim D located in Seongdong-gu, Sungsi-si, Sungsi-si, and then possessed a total of 340,000,000 won of the total market price of the victim’s 2 market price, and six copies of the film gift press card, which are equivalent to 2.59,000 won.
