Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a doctor who operates “C” on the nine floors and ten floors of Busan Shipping Daegu B building.

1. On November 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00, at the third floor operating room of a member located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Council member D, the Defendant performed a sex operation, namely, “wikkkset dacting off the luminous bones” against the victim E (the age of 23) by using “glare,” a ultra-frequency operating device using vibration.

The medical device “Ulla” is a device with a maximum output of 10, and a person who performs an operation using the above medical device is obliged to check the output of the medical device in advance (the intensity) and to reduce the bones by determining the output suitable for the patient’s bones condition, and to take follow-up measures in the course of the operation, and to inform other doctors of the problems accurately and to take follow-up measures.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without confirming in advance the output of a medical device, left the place of operation in the middle of six instances on the ground that: (a) the Handbs of a medical device with a maximum power of 10, the Defendant placed the Hand on the right side side of the damaged person; (b) cut the luminous bones; and (c) taken images to the skin and annual installments (unflying, frighted, frighted) due to this reason, the Defendant left the place of operation in the middle of six instances on the ground that the breath of the 6th part of the opening and the 2nd part of the upper part of the 2nd part of the upper part, without delivering any follow-up or subsequent measures to another doctor.

2. Each medical person who has violated the Medical Service Act shall keep a register of medical treatment and record the main symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of the patient in detail and sign the register;
