1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2015, at around 23:30 on November 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered a D amusement room operated by the Victim C in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju, without any justifiable reason, in the red room in which the customer was working for another customer E, and demanded him to sing, and (b) laid the beer balance on the floor; and (c) laid off the winners with walking.

It caused 6 customers who were at the same time to die, such as great noise to die.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.
