The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of the prosecutor’s appeal grounds (misunderstanding of facts or misapprehension of legal principles) is that the injury inflicted on the victim’s body completeness or physiological function is not necessarily caused by an injury to the victim’s biological function, and that C prices 3-4 times the Defendant’s right side part of the e-mail, and the Defendant 3-4 times at the price, and the witness G expressed that he was frighted at the price, and that he was frighted at the Defendant’s face, and that the witness G was frighted by the Defendant’s head C with the “nick” sound.

The lower court: (a) there is evidence that the Defendant, who received about three times the right part of the Maroro, caused an injury to C, such as salt, tensions, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment; and (b) there is part of the testimony and diagnosis of injury in the investigation agency and court of the lower court; (c) on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning, the above injury suffered by C does not need to be treated separately due to an extremely minor injury that may occur in daily life; and accordingly, (d) thereby impairing the completeness of the body or changing the health condition to a bad condition.

It is difficult to conclude.
