A. On July 9, 2014, the Plaintiff submitted to the Defendant a waste disposal business plan (hereinafter referred to as “waste collection and transportation business plan”): Domestic waste and living-based waste business area: Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, and Seosung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, the planned site for the installation of facilities and equipment: the planned site for the Seongbuk-gu B office in Daejeon Metropolitan City (Seong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City).

Supplementary Demand

1. Submission of a plan for collection and transportation of wastes to be collected and transported;

2. Detailed description and supplementation of the wastes subject to business among the outlines of business;

1. Household wastes and living wastes in the place of business (out of duty), which are business-related domestic wastes;

2. He/she shall collect domestic wastes discharged from the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and Sung-gu, as facilities and equipment specified in addition to the project plan, and transport them to a multi-regional waste treatment facility located in Daejeon Sung-gu C.

B. On July 24, 2014, the Defendant demanded the Plaintiff to supplement the instant business plan with the following contents. On July 29, 2014, the Plaintiff submitted a supplementary document (hereinafter “the first supplementary document”). C. On August 7, 2014, the Defendant demanded the Plaintiff to submit a collection and transportation plan again with the following content. On August 14, 2014, the Plaintiff submitted a supplementary document (hereinafter “the second supplementary document”).

Submission of a plan for collection and transportation of wastes subject to request for supplementation - A plan for securing collection and transportation equipment - A plan for collection, transportation, storage, and disposal of various kinds of wastes generated in a waste-generating company, etc. shall be prepared in a timely and detailed manner for the standards and methods for collection, transportation, storage, and disposal of wastes under attached Table 5.
