C. On August 7, 2014, the Defendant again demanded the Plaintiff to submit a collection and transportation plan with the same content as the “request for supplementation” as the following, and on August 14, 2014, the Plaintiff submitted a supplementary document (hereinafter “the second supplementary document”) with the same content as the “a request for supplementation.”
