Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on August 25, 2014, at “Ccafeteria” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim D(57 years of age) and drinking as a date of the business; (b) the horse fighting, which fluened the victim’s hand and left hand, was cut down by plucking the victim’s hand; (c) the Defendant left 500 c Balance, which was placed in the place, on the wall; and (d) sustained injury that requires approximately 4 weeks of treatment, depending on the head of the victim’s hair.
