Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person subject to registration of personal information shall submit a new photograph taken every year from the date of initial registration to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile.

On November 5, 2010, the Defendant was convicted of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.), but was not submitted to the chief of the police station a photograph taken by November 25, 201 after the lapse of one year from November 25, 201, which was the date of registration, to the head of the police station during the period of a new photograph taken by him/her from November 25, 201.
