Punishment of the crime

Where a person subject to registration of personal information under the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of change within 30 days from the date on which the ground for

Provided, That the photographs shall be submitted to the head of the police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile every year from the date of initial registration.

On August 13, 2010, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information under the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, as he/she was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for three years and five years under a suspended execution, etc. at the District Court on the grounds of rape against a female juvenile under the age of 16 and became a person subject to registration of personal information under the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse.

On September 7, 2010, the Defendant first registers personal information with the competent police station having jurisdiction over his/her residence and each year.

9. Although submitting new photographs by June 2, 201, each of the new photographs was not submitted until September 6, 201 and September 6, 2012.
