A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 23, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., QM3 car operation around 04:20 on June 23, 2018, the Defendant left the vehicular road in front of the D convenience store located in Incheon-gun C by leaving the vehicular road from the Dong-do gate to the Dong-do Do dong-do Do-do Do-do Do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and operated B QM3 automobiles from the 85 km section to the site of the said accident through the 85 km section from the Maart-si, Mancheon-si, Seoul Metropolitan City, the same time as that of the preceding paragraph to the Mancheon-si, Incheon.

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspended execution;

The crime of this case with the reason for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Code of the Social Service Order is a case where the defendant, while driving a car without a driver's license, did not take necessary measures even after receiving the utility model owner owned by the victim, the company, and did not break away from the scene.
