A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From December 21, 2015 to December 24, 2015, the Defendant prepared for the following six occasions for the purpose of taking money and valuables, and prepared for the robbery (22.5cm in total length, 12.5cm in length) at the underground parking lot of the Incheon Seo-gu apartment, Seo-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of taking money and valuables over six occasions, and sought strength, such as searching for the object of the crime.

A. On December 21, 2015, the Defendant prepared robbery, such as inserting excessive excessive money and goods into an inner machine, and searching for it at the underground parking lot located between the aforementioned D apartment 105 dong and 106 dong, with the aim of forcibly taking money and goods into account around 12:35 on December 21, 2015.

B. On December 22, 2015, the Defendant prepared robbery, such as inserting the excessive excessive amount into an inner machine with the aim of forcibly taking money and valuables around 05:51 on December 22, 2015, and searching for it in the underground parking lot located between the said D apartment 105 and 106.

On December 23, 2015, the Defendant prepared robbery, such as inserting excessive excessive money and goods into an inner machine with the aim of forcibly taking money and goods around 07:23 on December 23, 2015, and searching at the underground parking lot located between the above D apartment 105 dong and 106 dong.

(d)

On December 23, 2015, the Defendant prepared robbery, such as 07:40 on December 23, 2015, for the purpose of discovering flusent women in the foregoing D apartment and taking money and valuables into force, putting the above excessive width into Ampers, and putting them into the 1st floor parking lot through the passage stairs connecting the underground parking lot through the above D apartment 108, the Defendant also flussssing the strength, such as putting the Defendant into the vehicle and flusing the opportunity for committing a crime.

E. On December 24, 2015, around 05:22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered a ster female in the foregoing D apartment; and (b) caused a female to drive away from the underground first floor parking lot through the stairs connecting the underground parking lot between the said apartment building 105 dong and 106 dong; and (c) caused the Defendant to take the vehicle in the vehicle, the Defendant also boarded the vehicle and peep the opportunity to commit the crime.

F. The Defendant, around December 24, 2015, is a female in the foregoing D apartment on December 24, 2015.
