On January 28, 2010, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on January 28, 2010 and completed the execution of the above punishment on December 24, 2010.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. The Defendants, with the knowledge that the official parking lot in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, which is located in 35-2, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, would be human resources at night, had the intent to forcibly take money and valuables by threatening with lethal weapons when boarding or unloading a mixed female car at that place, and prepared three robbery as follows.

(2) At around 19:00 on February 18, 2014, the Defendants prepared the aforementioned preparation at the above location, and followed the strength by driving a Maren car and making a physical color for the female subject to the crime.

(3) At around 19:00 on February 19, 2014, the Defendants prepared the aforementioned preparation at the above location, and followed the strength by driving a Maren car and making a physical color for the female involved in the crime.

B. On February 20, 2014, at around 19:25, the Defendants were prepared to drive and park in the public parking lot of the original sale market at the above Changwon-si market, and waited for a package-type passage between the packages in which they do not operate the above parking lot and then do not operate the next parking lot, the Defendants were waiting for the victim N (V, age 29) to open and board a door of driving car parked in the above parking lot to return home to the company after completing the work of the company, and the Defendant A shall take the knife length.
