Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On January 16, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Incheon Metropolitan City Free Economic Zone Office on the aggregate of 12,564m2, such as the land area of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B, which is a general property under the Public Property and Commodity Management Act (hereinafter “instant land”), and the land area of the instant land was combined on September 3, 2015, with the area of 4,027m2, among the total land area of 12,564m2,564m2, such as 12,564m2.8m2 of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City. At that time, the land area of Yeonsu-gu B was 10,787.9m2, but on September 3, 2015, the land area of the instant land was combined with E large 129m2, and large 0.2m2m2, such as 00m2.
Among them, the area of facility possession 4,027.1 square meters (the area of facility possession was determined as 4,151.4 square meters on October 10, 2016) is leased; the term of lease is set at a maximum of 20 years from the date of commencement; and the annual rent was set at 10/1,000 of the officially assessed individual land price of the land for lease purpose set most recently set from the base date for commencement of lease; as the plaintiff did not have the status of a foreign-invested enterprise, G et al., who was the representative of the plaintiff, as the plaintiff knew that he did not have the status of a foreign-invested enterprise, had the public official of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, who was the victim, acquired the benefits of rent reduction by deceiving the public official of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, who was a foreign-invested enterprise, and was convicted on March 10, 2017 (Seoul High Court Decision 2016No3138). The above judgment concluded a land lease agreement with the Seoul High Court on March 18, 2018, 2017.
