1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 264,008,389 and KRW 228,013,00 among them, from September 28, 2013 to August 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

Applicable provisions of Acts: To recognize part 3 of the judgment without pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act) (where the duplicate of the complaint is delivered until September 29, 2015), as the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, 20% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and to dismiss the exceeding part.
