Applicable provisions of Acts: Recognizing that the statutory interest rate provisions of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
