Examining the reasoning of the judgment below and the first instance court in light of the evidence duly admitted, we affirm the judgment of the court below that each of the charges of this case against the defendant is guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. There is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the scope of perjury.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
