The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below's determination that the charges of this case against the Defendants are recognized on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is acceptable, and there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the establishment of joint crimes and habituality, etc.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
