Some of the facts charged were corrected.

Around December 26, 2018, the Defendant parked a Flus car operated by the Defendant in the parking zone for disabled parking lots under G Gdong-dong apartment G-dong, Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and held the altered parking zone parking lot sign on the front glass of the said car as if it was issued genuinely.
