[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 386]

1. The Defendants’ co-principal - From around 07:25 on June 27, 2018 to around 07:55 on the same day, the Defendants conspired with each other to interfere with the restaurant business of the victim of this case by having other customers, who were eating at the same place, get out of the place, and interfered with the restaurant business of the victim of this case by 30 minutes by force.

2. At around 07:40 on June 27, 2018, Defendant B’s insultd the victim openly insultd the victim at a restaurant proprietor and a place where approximately 10 customers are customers, by: (a) having received a report on the disturbance at the E restaurant; and (b) having been urged by the victim G belonging to the F District Group of the Seocho Police Station F District of the Seocho-gu Police Station, which called the site, to stop the disturbance and return home; (c) having bitched “I am bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”

3. On August 26, 2018, Defendant A’s obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) the Defendant assaulted the saidJ on August 26, 2018, stating that, at the “I” restaurant located in Sincho-si, Sincho-si, Defendant A, after receiving a report of 112 to the effect that a male juncing person takes a bath and frighting the disturbance, the developments leading up to the F Zone of the Seocho-gu Police Station of the Seocho-gu Police Station called “I I I” who was called as “I I I to fright down and fright down the disturbance; and (b) the Defendant continued to stop the disturbance and to return to the Defendant.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

4. On December 4, 2018, Defendant A’s obstruction of business from around 11:20 on December 4, 2018 to 12:25 on the same day, the Defendant took a bath to make soup without paying the money in the state of being taken from the Sinsi K and 1st floor L to the state of being taken back, and, upon receiving a request from the victim M of the business owner, the Defendant took the bath to “I am out. I am al., al., al., to do so.”
