Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:40 on November 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) taken a small railway station in Jungcheon-si, Incheon Metropolitan City, and tried to pay freight by credit card to the passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport C (64 years old) operated by the victim (64 years old), which is located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to pay the passenger freight by the credit card; (b) did not pay the bus fee; (c) was spited twice on the victim’s face while entering a debate with the victim; and (d) continuously fighting the body with the victim on the third floor bus platform of the above passenger terminal at around 12:30 on the same day, the Defendant boomed the victim’s boom by hand on several occasions.
