Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:20, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, the 2851 Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal No. 2851, the Defendant: (b) was trying to enter the departure site without aviation tickets; (c) the Defendant she was frighted to the floor, and frighted to the victim B (the 31 year old), who is a security guard, was frighted to the Defendant’s clothes in order to show the Defendant; and (d) sustained the victim, who was frighted to the Defendant’s left hand, caused damage, such as damage to the character of hand and hand, for which one week medical treatment is required.
